Spring Grove Area Intermediate School Art Teacher, Mrs. Renae Greene, and Social Studies Teacher, Mr. Doug Meckley, teamed up for a fantastic cross-curricular project that brought ancient history to life through art!
The SGAHS Rocketry Team Makes History Again
They participated in, spoke at, and launched a rocket at the State Capitol's first-ever Aerospace Day!
Friends & Fun Festival Was a Celebration of All "Under the Sea"
The Spring Grove Area High School's Friends and Fun Club, in collaboration with the Special Education Department, planned an amazingly fun day. This year's theme was "Under the Sea." Student Caleb L'Etoile drew the winning design for this year's Festival t-shirt, which looked fabulous on everyone!

Inaugural Spring Grove Band Day
Band students in grades 7-12 held their first Spring Grove Band Day! They worked with Dr. Mark Lortz, Director of Bands at Stevenson University.
Elementary Night of Music
Students in grades 1 - 4 at each elementary school hosted a Night of Music to show their families what they've been learning in music class this year. Thank you to Music Teacher, Mrs. Katherine Tackett, for your passion and hard work, evident with every note sung and smile shared on stage!

Spring Grove Area School District staff and substitutes have access to a dedicated health center in the district with 24/7 access to a primary care provider. The Rocket Wellness Center represents a tremendous opportunity to improve the general health of our community through easier access to care that will be free or low cost for the employee and spend fewer taxpayer dollars, thus giving us more money to dedicate to student education.
